What is Aura?
Aura is a transparent signal of real work, achievement, contribution, recognition, and consistency — not a vanity score to optimize.
Why Aura exists
Students who build real things struggle to prove it with a CV alone. Aura summarizes valid, auditable activity without replacing the projects, evidence, skills, or verified results in a profile.
Aura levels
You're just getting started. Post your first proof of work.
You're building. Keep shipping and sharing work.
You're consistent. Your Career Book is taking shape.
Companies take notice. Your Aura reflects real output.
Top signal. You're among the most active builders on Wohaj.
How you earn Aura
Current scoring is explicit and event-based:
- +1 for a published proof post, up to 5 each week
- +2 for a structured project and +20 when it is completed
- +5 for project evidence and +8 for a live demo
- +4 when another student accepts your feedback as helpful
- +1 when another student reacts to your work, with weekly limits
- +12 verified participation, +20 finalist, +40 winner, or +15 verified volunteering
- +10 for completing your profile foundation, once
What Aura is not
Aura does not reward self-reactions, self-feedback, repeated event submissions, or engagement loops between the same accounts. Monday-to-Monday UTC caps limit repetitive activity, and removed or moderated source content revokes its active Aura without deleting the history.
How companies should read Aura
Aura is a supporting signal, never the primary ranking. Skills, relevant evidence, project quality, and verified results come first. Use the category breakdown for context, then review the full portfolio.
Aura is one signal among many. Wohaj does not rank students solely by Aura — always review the full portfolio.
