By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Wohaj platform and services (“the Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including students, company representatives, and administrators.

Wohaj is a Qatar-based student achievement and opportunity network. The Platform enables students to build public proof-of-work profiles through achievements, projects, and participation in the community. Companies and organizations can discover talent, post opportunities, and connect with active student builders.

Wohaj is currently open to people aged 18 and over. Before you publish anything, apply to an opportunity, upload a CV, register for an event, or accept contact from a company, you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 or older.

If you are under 18, you can still create an account and sign in. Your profile stays private, companies cannot find you, and you cannot do the things listed above. You keep everything you have made and you can read it, export it, or delete it at any time. Nothing is taken away for answering honestly.

We ask this as a single yes-or-no question. We do not ask for your date of birth, your age, or your year of birth, and we do not store one. We rely on your answer and we do not verify it.

This is a temporary rule, not a decision that younger students do not belong here. We are working on a way for people aged 16 and 17 to take part with a parent or guardian, and we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy together when that is ready. Until then the answer is 18 and over.

Student accounts are intended for individuals currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university or higher education institution. Company accounts are intended for authorized representatives of legitimate organizations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

Each individual may maintain only one student account. Each organization may maintain one company account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

As a student on Wohaj, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your university, major, academic year, and achievements
• Only publish content (posts, achievements, projects) that genuinely represents your own work and experiences
• Respect the privacy and intellectual property of other users
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, skills, or experiences
• Not use the Platform to spam, harass, or otherwise harm other users

As a company or organization on Wohaj, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your organization
• Post opportunities that represent genuine openings or competitions
• Not discriminate against applicants based on characteristics protected by applicable law
• Respect the privacy of student applicants and their personal information
• Not use student data obtained through Wohaj for purposes unrelated to the posted opportunity

Company registrations are reviewed by Wohaj administrators before the account can post opportunities. We may approve or reject a company account at our discretion. Reasons for rejection include incomplete information, an organization we cannot identify, or a breach of these Terms.

Approval means one thing: the account is allowed to post opportunities and see the applicants for its own postings. It is not an endorsement, not a background check, not a verification of the company's legitimacy, licensing, or financial standing, and not a statement that the company is a good place to work. Students should research any organization independently before applying or sharing personal information.

Approved companies may post opportunities including internships, part-time and full-time roles, hackathons, competitions, events, volunteer positions, and startup roles. Companies are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the opportunities they post.

Wohaj does not screen or endorse any specific opportunity, employer, or organization. Students are encouraged to research opportunities and employers independently before applying or accepting any offer.

When a student applies to an opportunity, the company representative receives the student's application message and access to their public Wohaj profile. Companies are solely responsible for their hiring, selection, and admission decisions.

Wohaj does not guarantee internships, jobs, hiring outcomes, hackathon prizes, admission results, or any other opportunity-related outcome. The Platform is a connection tool; outcomes depend on the parties involved.

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish on Wohaj. By posting content, you grant Wohaj a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you share and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, flag, or remove any content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms, is harmful, fake, spam, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.

Aura reflects your activity on Wohaj. It is earned through actions such as publishing work, receiving reactions from peers, giving feedback, and taking part in Wohaj events.

Aura is not a measure of verified skill, employability, or work quality. It does not mean Wohaj has checked anything you published, and it does not guarantee an interview, an internship, a job, or any other outcome. Companies may see it as supporting context next to your actual work; nothing obliges them to weigh it at all.

Aura Points are not currency, not money, and are not redeemable for cash or any monetary value unless explicitly stated by Wohaj in a specific context (such as a sponsored competition with prizes). Points represent platform engagement and reputation only.

Wohaj reserves the right to adjust Aura Point calculations, mechanics, and associated profile visibility features at its discretion. Attempts to manipulate points through artificial means may result in account suspension.

When using Wohaj, you agree not to:

• Create fake, impersonating, or misleading accounts or profiles
• Post false, fraudulent, or misleading opportunities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Publish content that is illegal, discriminatory, hateful, or obscene
• Attempt to manipulate Aura Points, reactions, or other platform mechanics through artificial or automated means
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform without permission
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Use the Platform for unsolicited commercial advertising or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems

We strive to keep Wohaj available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from platform unavailability.

Wohaj is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your specific requirements, that opportunities posted are accurate or suitable, or that any connection made through the Platform will result in a successful professional engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wohaj and its operators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, opportunities, reputation, or goodwill.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Wohaj at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Platform, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of Wohaj after changes becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Wohaj can help you draft a Career Book entry, and can turn an imported CV into entries you review. Both use a third-party AI provider. What is sent, what is removed first, and what we do not yet know about that provider are described in the Privacy Policy.

Anything a model suggests is a draft. You review it and choose whether to publish it, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of what you publish. Wohaj does not verify generated content, and you must not use the feature to publish claims that are not true.

Wohaj does not use AI to rank, score, match, or make decisions about you.

Wohaj sends essential messages about your own account, optional notifications, and marketing that you have to opt into. Essential messages cannot be switched off while your account exists and never carry promotional content. Everything else can be turned off in your notification settings or from the unsubscribe link in the message.

These Terms are versioned. The current version identifier and its effective date are shown at the top of this page. When we make a material change we publish a new version and give notice through the platform or by email.
